BRM’s AEB20010080 NAMPOWER solid end brush has a 2” (51mm) diameter and is constructed with Ceramic abrasive filament that lasted 3-5X longer than the competition, the 80 grit works well for medium-heavy deburring and for surface finishing with a starting finish range of 50-60 RA. Depth of interference should be set at around 5% of the trim length with a suggested range of .004”-.093”. Feed rate is material and application specific with a starting range of 30-80 IPM. Max RPM is 10,000.
