Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Operate various types of machinery, including stamping presses and assembly line equipment.
- Utilize micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure product specifications are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Interpret CAD drawings and apply GD&T principles during the manufacturing process.
- Assist in CAM programming as needed for machine operations.
- Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the facility.
- Apply basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks.

required qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in operating machinery is essential.
- Experience with CAM programming, CAD software, GD&T, and micrometer usage is a plus.
- Ability to operate a stamping press effectively is an advantage.
- Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is beneficial but not required.

Roles and Responsibilities

Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand, sit, feel, twist, walk, talk, hear, see, drive, bend, drive, crouch, grasp, squeeze, crawl, kneel, squat, push, pull, apply pressure, reach overhead. Ability to focus for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs regularly if required, steady hands in order to obtain and meet required quality.
