Production Manager - Manufacturing- Plant Manager
What you need for this position:
- Bilingual in Spanish Required
- Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience in manufacturing environment
- 10+ years manufacturing experience including management positions
- 5+ years experience in a M.R.P environment with a knowledge of inventory control
- Ability to plan, organize, motivate, set goals and objectives to maximize resources
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Manage plant operations for production, machine shop and maintenance facility
- Controls expenditures to minimize downtime and maintain costs of plant facilities
- Identifies and establishes key performance indicators (KPI's) in production
- Lead the safety committee to ensure safety procedures are established
- Administer procedures to ensure that products are manufactured, packaged and assembled according to applicable engineering documentation and specifications
- Coordinate with manufacturing engineering and planning to implement new and
- improved methods of manufacturing to reduce costs and improve quality
- Identify production and recommend process improvements
- Controls quality and cost of production through appropriate subordinates
- Implements cost effective systems of control over operating expenditures

Customer Service Representative Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Processes customer orders and maintains customer account information.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Technical Application Engineer
Technical Application Engineer Job Purpose: Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
Technical Application Engineer Job Duties:- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
- Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
- Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
- Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
